Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Robert Welch® packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
